Meg Fleischli
Dr. Meg Fleischli joined Beechmont Pet Hospital in the fall of 2024. She is originally from the Bay Area, California where she grew up with dogs, cats and horses. Dr. Fleischli received her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Bucknell University in 2009. She then attended Oxford Brookes University in England, graduating with a Master of Science degree in Primate Conservation in 2013. Dr. Fleischli obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Kansas State University in 2017, where she was a Pet Tribute Veterinary Education Scholarship Recipient and awarded the Dennis A. Evans Memorial Award for her compassion in handling clinical patients.
After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Fleischli worked as an equine veterinarian for 7 years in the Tristate area. She has many professional interests including preventative medicine, dentistry, and senior health. Dr. Fleischli is looking forward to transitioning her veterinary focus to small animal medicine and could not be more excited to join the Beechmont Pet Hospital team!
When Dr. Fleischli is not treating her patients, she can be found running, swimming, playing pickle ball, and making home cooked meals with her partner, Doug. They reside in Mount Lookout with their two dogs, Chauncey and Evvia, and two cats, Figaro and Pierre.
